We had an Reverse Cycle. Ducted Air Conditioning System installed in our house at Golden Beach by IKON Electrical. We are so pleased with the performance of the 3 man installation team, Mark, Shane and Keiham not forgetting to mention the pleasant and helpful administration staff in the office.

Originally told it would be approximately a day and half to install the system it was completed in one day much to our delight. The team that installed the system were very professional, polite and obliging. They made a minimum of mess and supplied cover sheets to trap and collect any debris from the installation process and left the job site in a very clean condition so that minimal work was required by us when they had finished.

Nothing was too much trouble for this team and in fact they went out of their way to ensure that we were pleased and completely satisfied with the work performed. The unit installed is working very much to our satisfaction and the controls are very user friendly and these were explained in complete detail by Mark.
